Plans and limits
I LOVE HTML has three plans. The difference between them is the number of files and the reading features (analytics, alerts, pixels).
Comparison
- Free: up to 5 files. Free forever.
- Pro: up to 100 files. For those who publish often.
- Business: up to 500 files. For volume and teams.
Publishing, editing, version history, links with password and expiry, QR codes with every feature, team roles and the 30-day trash are in every plan: including the free one.
What the free plan already includes
Beyond publishing and sharing, reading comes with it: the Free plan sees who opened the page and what happened after the click.
- Reading the Analytics: views, unique visitors, average reading time, breakdowns by file, country, source and device, and per-QR-code performance
- Email alerts: on first open, on every visit or as a daily digest
- Identify who reads: ask for an email before opening

- Pixels: Meta (with Conversions API) and Google Analytics 4
The REST API and the AI connector (MCP), which lets Claude or ChatGPT publish straight into your library, are on the Business plan.
Visit data is collected on every plan and kept. When you upgrade, the history is already there, not an empty dashboard.
How the limit works
The limit counts the active files in your account. If you hit the max, just delete old files to free up space or upgrade your plan. Files in the trash still take up space until final deletion (30 days).
Technical limits
- Single HTML page: 25 MB
.zippackage: 25 MB uploaded, 60 MB unpacked, up to 400 files- Versions kept per file: 25
- QR codes: 20 per item, 2,000 per library
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade anytime in your account settings. When you cancel a paid plan, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
The billing currency (R$, US$ or €) follows your account's language/region.
