Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of I LOVE HTML. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the service does

I LOVE HTML hosts HTML pages you upload and provides an address to share them, with access controls, QR codes and visit statistics. The service is provided as is, with features evolving over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity in your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Changing your password ends other active sessions.

In organisation accounts, the person with the Owner role is responsible for billing and for managing members.

3. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights over the HTML and files you publish. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store, process and deliver that content to whoever opens your links, for as long as the account exists.

You confirm you hold the necessary rights over what you publish.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for:

• Illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or personal data published without a legal basis
• Phishing, fraud, malware, or pages impersonating another company to deceive users
• Cryptocurrency mining, proxying, or any use that consumes resources abusively
• Circumventing plan limits, including using multiple accounts for the same purpose

We may suspend a file or an account that breaches this section, with notice where possible and without notice where there is immediate risk to others.

5. Plans, limits and payment

Each plan has a maximum number of active files and API usage limits. Current prices and limits are on the Pricing page.

• Billing is monthly and recurring, in the currency shown for your language or region
• On cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rata refund
• Price changes are announced in advance and apply from the next cycle
• Files in the trash count towards your storage limit until final deletion

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party failures and incidents may cause downtime. Plans with a contracted SLA follow that specific agreement.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in settings. Deletion removes your data after 30 days; signing in again within that period cancels the process.

We may terminate service to an account for breach of these Terms or non-payment, preserving your ability to export your content where the situation allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or inside the product before they take effect. The date at the top shows the last update.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
